act-uk's roots are well established in the public, corporate, trade union, academic, voluntary and community sectors
act-uk designs custom programmes which produce practical, tangible results. The areas covered include service and systems improvement, management, leadership, partnership, user involvement and regeneration. We offer individual and group leadership support, management development which includes the management of change, coaching, and operational development to diverse organisations.
Our strength lies in helping agency professionals develop their practice, work collaboratively, find their common goal, realise their specific interest and manage in a more creative way. In most contracts working and involving service users in the process is central to this.
